You'll often find Adam on stage with his guitar or quietly working away in the background writing music.
Born in England, Adam's father struggled with alcohol addiction through his entire life causing this to have a profound effect on him.
After graduating from University with a Media degree, Adam has travelled the world - exploring cultures and meeting people.
This has allowed him to develop the approach of silent listening, allowing the person who is struggling to vent and explore issues without fear of being judged or misunderstood. As a life coach, this has helped Adam to continue to support those who need it the most.
He currently resides in Nottingham, England, with his dog Nova.
